Adjust Slice Thickness

This mandoline slicer is adjustable! You can change the slice thickness (1-9mm) with the twist of a Slice Knob. Use our vegetable chopper as a cheese grater (lettuce too!), French fry cutter, cheese slicer, and food chopper. To cut julienne strips, adjust the size with the julienne knob (6 mm or 9 mm slices).

The included food holder is designed to help keep your fingers away from the ultra-sharp blades. Secure your prepared vegetables and fruits on the stainless steel prongs (even garlic and onions!). Hold the stand handle while you use the food holder to slice the fruit or veggies along the slideway.
